Great except for in the summer.
I want to rate Axial Buckhead 5 stars, but the 30+ year old HVAC units make it impossible. Summers are absolute misery here. Air conditioning runs 24/7 and can’t get below 80 degrees on hotter days (living in the loft unit makes it feel even hotter). On top of that, your electricity bill will approach $400 in summer months because the HVAC is extremely inefficient.

“I just want to thank the Axial team for everything they have done for my family. We were looking for a new home while facing flooding, management, pest, rodent, HVAC, fraud, and ledger fee issues. We looked for a lot of units in the area but they were sketchy. When Shon approved us to move in, she changed our lives. The location is awesome. The team is friendly. “I moved to Axel Buckhead on August 5, 2023, and I had patience to grow with the place. It was a bit of trial and error in the beginning with the old management.
Since Ms. Shontonia took over, there have been significant improvements, such as new mailboxes, the installation of new electric car chargers, and a new gate system!
There’s no noise or disruptive neighbors.
The maintenance team, Henry and his crew, always go above and beyond, giving 100% every time.
A big thank you to Alexis and Brianna in the main lobby too. Their helpfulness and positive attitudes truly make a difference and spread joy throughout the building!
